My Art and Craft Supplies :: Accordion & Sprial Bound Albums
Accordion style albums (commonly misspelled as "accordian") are great to use to create gift albums or to use as a photo album. They make wonderful gifts as a thank-you for members of a wedding party and also they make a fun birthday or Christmas present.
A tip when making them is to use images or photos that fill up each page. This is easy to do with a 6×6 album. One way to do this is to use digital photos and print them from your computer to the size you need for the pages. If you don’t have photos big enough or can’t print out photos, you can cover the pages with pretty scrapbook papers before adding photos and pictures. Die cuts and other embellishments are nice to use – just be careful not to make the pages too thick; if they get bulky the album might not close properly when you are finished.
