Precision ground stainless steel blades for true, accurate, clean cutting. The same hardened blade process as for Tonic's stainless steel scissors. General features include a base measuring grid in inches; a paper holding bar to place the thumb and finger to insure straight, clean cuts. Plus, the holding tabs keep your fingers off items you are cutting so no prints get onto your project. Base is molded from high impact plastic and comes with no-skid rubber feet on the bottoms.
